These terms apply to your use of dronelab.in and the services offered through it by Dronelab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Dronelab”), 706, Videocon Arizona, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380014, India. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website describes Dronelab’s drone services (Drone as a Service), drone products, the Dronelab Store, Dronelab Institute training, careers, vendor registration and the Dronelab Accelerator. Information is provided in good faith and may change without notice. Descriptions, specifications and images are for guidance; the written quotation, order confirmation or contract for a service or product is what binds the parties.
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its admin or student portals or any data; interfere with its operation; copy it by automated means to harm or compete with us; submit false, misleading or unlawful information; or use it to send spam.
Where you create an account (for example in the student portal) you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account.
Booking a call is a request to speak with our team at the time you choose. It is free of charge unless we tell you otherwise. We may need to reschedule or cancel a call; we will contact you using the details you gave. A booking does not create a contract for services.
Drone services are provided under a written quotation, work order or service agreement. Prices exclude GST unless stated. Flights are subject to DGCA rules, airspace permissions, weather and site safety. We may postpone or decline a flight if it cannot be done lawfully or safely. Data and deliverables are provided as described in the agreement.
Products listed in the Dronelab Store are offered for sale subject to availability. Prices are in Indian rupees and shown with or without GST as stated at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify your details; if you have already paid, we will refund you. Delivery times are estimates. Drones are regulated products: you are responsible for using them in line with DGCA rules, including registration and any pilot certification the law requires. Course admission is subject to eligibility and availability. Fees, schedules and certificates are as stated at enrolment. Certificates of completion are issued by Dronelab for its own programmes; DGCA remote pilot certificates are issued by DGCA, not by Dronelab. Do not share your login. Course content is for your personal learning and may not be copied or resold.
The website, its design, text, logos, images, videos and software are owned by Dronelab or its licensors and are protected by law. “Dronelab” and the Dronelab logo are our marks. You may view and print pages for your own use, but may not reproduce or use our content commercially without written permission.
When you send us information (forms, applications, feedback), you confirm it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
The website and its content are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing on the website is legal, financial or regulatory advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Dronelab is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you have under consumer protection law to approach a forum in your own place of residence.
